ICE Portal’s professional 3D layout rendering of buildings and floor plans provide Clients with a hi-resolution, realistic representation of their property that can be showcased for print and web.

Our artists’ work with the Client following the specs and samples of the fabrics, carpeting, tile and furniture finish to generate a visually appealing image of the layout. Using the latest techniques in 2 and 3D image software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks, and their visual arts knowledge, our artists enhance your regular CAD layouts with a feeling of volume and realism to deliver the best visual experience to the Client and the final viewer.



Most layouts of this type delivered by architects are made based on pre-made textures included in software such as CAD, whereas our artists make the most out of their experience to reproduce as best possible the actual look of the client's property, including the various accessories it may contain, thus making your layout completely unique and true to the actual property.



Final images can be provided in multiple formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PSD, PDF, etc) as well as multiple dimensions, based on the client's needs. Client owns the rights to all content produced by ICE Portal. The creation, production, hosting and delivery of 2D & 3D buildings and floor plans may vary from project to project depending on materials available and/or amount of creative input needed. Clients can opt to host content themselves or have the content on ICE Portal’s servers.
